This virtual session hosted on Zoom is intended for TCs beginning extended practicum placements in the fall term. It is open to all.
In this session, we will review elements of planning, including crafting learning objectives, planning for assessment, and preparing learning activities.
This session will review concepts that were discussed during the Gearing Up for Practicum Workshops of August 2021. We will tie everything together and discuss questions that have arisen from the workshops. If you were present for these workshops, this session will provide you a great opportunity to review your learning. If you missed out on these opportunities, this session will highlight the key elements from each workshop. Either way, we hope to provide you with further insight into planning for learning.
The session will not be recorded however some post-session resources will be made available to those who are unable to attend.
