3D Design and Augmented Reality: Hands-on learning

Interested in 3D design and how it can be used in the classroom? Come to our workshop about TinkerCAD on October 4th, 12-1pm, in Scarfe 1007 and discover how to make interesting shapes and characters with a kid-friendly, web browser-based 3D design tool. We will also show how 3D design can relate to other tools in the classroom like the Merge Cube.

This workshop is being facilitated by Kayee Chu, a computer engineering student at UBC with a passion for STEM education (in collaboration with Yvonne Dawydiak, Learning Design Manager)

RSVP please (so we know how many to expect!)
