Planboard is an online day plan for teachers published by Chalk.com. Planboard can be downloaded as an app for your iOS or Android device. Your Google docs can also be seamlessly integrated into any day plan.
Many educators use multiple devices to get our work done. By using web-based planning software/apps, the mobile teacher can access her day plan wherever she is. The mobile app has fully editing functionality and day plans are easily exported to PDF for ease when calling in a substitute.
Sign up for free at Chalk.com. Click, “I am a teacher” and follow the instructions to create an account. Planboard is the planning app, but there is also an app for assessment. Note: Servers for Chalk.com apps are housed in the US. To comply with FIPPA, if you use the Markboard app you will want to code your students’ identities.
