Watch, Share, Talk about Videos in Sync
A UBC Launchpad project was recently built by UBC students as a part of a university software engineering design club. Sync is a synchronous Youtube streaming app which enables you to share, watch, and discuss videos with your friends, colleagues, and students. It is a 100% free, open-source application with no advertisements.
Sync provides an easy and safe way to spend time with your friends, colleagues, and students, and watch YouTube videos together in light of COVID-19. Having such special features below, it makes online interactions, learning, and teaching fun:

- Video call or chat with your friends
- Create and manage playlists of your videos
